Dr. Vivek Ganesh Bhartu

Dr. Vivek Ganesh Bhartu is a Doctorate of civil engineering and also doctorate in Environmental Laws having 40 years of professional experience in construction activities and successfully completed several projects in Mumbai, Thane etc.

Mr. Sajid A. Bopary

- Founder

Mr. Sajid A Bopary is High class Businessmen having M.B.A. Degree in financial management form London. He is having 20 years’ experience in construction business and as a passion running Hotel industry in Khandala, Lonavala, Alibag. He has constructed beautifully designed bungalows in Lonavala/Khandala and well-designed buildings at Lonavala, Vapi, Thane, etc.

Mr Ayub A.R. Bopary

- Founder

Mr. Ayub A.R. Bopary is High Class Businessman, Commerce Graduate having brilliant educational career from Mumbai. He is having 25 years of experience in Building Construction business. He has vide experience of Financial Management, Finance Control of the Construction business to resolve various hidden problems. He has experience to arrange and control finance of the various projects and having Administrative Capacity to manage the Accounts of the Company which always leads to success of business.

Legal Experts Team

Our dedicated legal team at M/s. Nettheim Builders LLP consists of four in-house advocates who possess extensive knowledge and expertise in various laws governing the real estate industry. Headed by Adv.(Dr.) V.G. Bhartu, the team specializes in the RERA Act, MOFA Act, Development Control and Promotion Regulations, 2034, MRTP Act, MHADA Act, Land Acquisition Act, B.M.C. Act, Income Tax Act, and other property-related laws. With Associate Advocates Ad. (Ms.) Mona D. Vyas, Advocate Shahzad M. Panday, Advocate Ansari, and other counsels, our legal team is well-prepared to offer expert advice on legal matters related to the housing industry. Additionally, we have a backup staff handling legal affairs in the High Court, City Civil Court, Consumer District Forum, and RERA Authority.

Technical Team

Headed by Er. Dilip R. Chaudhari, our experienced Technical Team head boasts 40 years of expertise in the construction field. Er. Dilip R. Chaudhari, along with Er. Ankit Jagtap, Mr. Sabir Mattawala and Asif Khatri, leads a team of technical and non-technical staff. Supported by structural consultants including Mr. Manoj Ramkrishnan, Mr. Zainuddin Tole, Dr. Himanshu Raje, and Mr. Tanmay Raje, our Technical Team has successfully completed numerous reconstruction and repair projects in Mumbai. Their proficiency extends to the structural design of multi-story buildings in the island city

Architectural Design Team

Our full-time Architectural Designer, Ms. Nafisa Siddhique, collaborates with Mr. Ashraf Patel to bring innovative designs in compliance with DCPR 2034 and current market trends. The architectural designs crafted by our team ensure unique and efficient space utilization, reducing the need for extensive interior decorations.

Administration and HR Team

Headed by Mr. Farhan Bopary, our Administration and HR Department, including Mr. Yamin Bopary and other administrative staff, is committed to addressing customer concerns at the grassroots level. With a customer-centric approach, our Administration Department is always ready to assist and provide solutions promptly.

Sales Executive Team

Headed by Mr. Alloush Qureshi, our Sales Team is dedicated to providing you with the best options for your dream house. Assisted by Mrs. Samruddhi Gulekar and four knowledgeable sales executives, the team works tirelessly, even on Sundays, to guide you through the home-buying process. They can also assist you in securing housing loans from financial institutions.

Accounts Department

Our Accounts Department, led by Accounts Officer Ms. Kalpana Amroch, is supported by full-time Chartered Accountants, including Mr. M. B. Karadkar, Rajesh Dali, and Mr. R. K. Shetty.
